Upon completing this course, you'll be able to assess your organization’s technology environment and address your current and future needs. You’ll also have a fully realized tactical technology action plan to guide your nonprofit through its digital transformation. Using the plan, you’ll be able to evaluate and prioritize your current technology issues and be better equipped to tackle future challenges.

This course will take you about eight hours to complete. It contains our complete "Tactical Technology Planning Workbook", and over 50 videos and resources. Much of your course homework will also take place offline outside of this time.
