This webinar, led by Lee Broderick, Senior Consultant and Project Manager at Tech Impact, will provide an overview on the basic functions and capabilities of Salesforce Reports and Dashboards tools.

Participants will learn some Salesforce fundamentals and get an overview on how reports are built. The webinar also covers how to manipulate data using various report types, formats, and filtering; how to create dashboards and how they relate to reports and how to share them. We'll also cover some tips and gotchas to be aware of!
