Data collection, management, and analysis are becoming more important for nonprofit organizations. Savvy data management and analysis can lead to increased funding and better programs and services and have become critical to sustaining nonprofit work.
But, data management is not simple, especially when working with sub-optimal data tools. Many organizations feel overwhelmed by the prospect of selecting and implementing new data systems.
This session will review a process for assessing current organizational data needs in preparation for implementing new data systems.
